1. What areas are available for delivery? We deliver to the entire Charleston Peninsula including the College of Charleston, MUSC, Hampton Park, Ashley Marina and the Citadel. Along with parts of James Island, West Ashley, and Mount Pleasant.

  4. How long does it take for delivery? Depending on Volume and time of day, we usually quote 30-min to an Hour. To better serve you, we recommend that large orders be placed using our advanced orders system. You can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance!
  5. What is the delivery charge and food order minimum? $15.00 min order for Lunch and Dinner (Downtown)

    5% for processing fee before taxes, and delivery fee on all orders.

  6. Is gratuity for the driver included in my order? Gratuity is not included in any orders. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter. The delivery fee is not a tip; your mobile waiter works very hard to see that you order is correct and is delivered to you in timely and a professional manner. Much like a waiter or waitress, your mobile waiter works very hard for tips. Unlike a restaurant where your server has multiple tables at a time, our mobile waiters work solely for you. For reason this we recommend a standard 15-20% gratuity.
  7. What are my payment options? Cash, Credit Card, Company Checks (address must match delivery address) sorry no personal checks. We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
  8. Can I order from multiple restaurants? Yes, you can order from Multiple restaurants, Maximum of 3 restaurants, but we require that you meet the $15.00 minimum order and pay the $4.99 delivery fee for each restaurant.
  9. Can I receive food if I am outside the delivery zone? Outside delivery area orders are welcome and available for orders over $125 including catering orders. Orders must be place by phone. Delivery fees for these orders are $9.99. These charges do NOT include your Mobile waiters gratuity, and like all orders we recommend a min 15-20.% gratuity.
  10. How do I know that my online order has been placed? All online orders must be confirmed by phone to ensure accuracy and to secure delivery times before they are processed. You will receive a confirmation number as soon as your order has been placed online and confirmation phone call is expected by the customer within minutes of placing your order. If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we are not liable for any orders that did not go through.
  11. Can I cancel my order? Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call (843) 724-5000 and a manager will assist you.
  12. Can I use a coupon to one of our partner restaurants? No, only coupons for Charleston Restaurant Runners are accepted.
  13. How do I add a special request? When you choose an item you need to click "edit" then type in your special request.
