  1. What areas are available for delivery? Downtown Charleston, James Island, West Ashley, Mt. Pleasant
  2. How long does it take for delivery? We usually quote 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Is gratuity for the driver included in my order? Gratuity is not included in any orders. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter.
  4. What are my payment options? Cash, Credit Card, Company Checks (address must match delivery address)
    **We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. 
  5. Can I order from multiple restaurants? Yes, you can order from a maximum of 3 restaurants, but we require that you meet the $15.00 minimum order and pay the $3.99 delivery fee for each restaurant.
  6. Can I receive food if I am outside the delivery zone? Outside delivery-area orders are welcome and available for orders over $125, including catering orders. Orders must be place by phone. Service Fee for these orders is $9.99. Gratuity not included.
  7. Can I cancel my order? Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call (843) 724-5000 and a manager will assist you. 
  8. Can I use a coupon to one of our partner restaurants? No, only coupons for Charleston Delivers are accepted. 
  9. How do I add a special request? When you choose an item, you need to click "edit" and then type in your special request.
